They don’t care,
Ah, this again,
I sit crying by myself in the bathroom,
Wondering why they did it,
Why they keep hurting me,
It never did make sense,
Why I couldn’t kill myself,
It all made sense in my head,
My family would be sad at first,
I know they’d cry and be angry,
But that anger would fuel the fire to get things fixed,
They’d get over my death soon enough,
Then they’d live like I was never there,
The school would be dealt with,
They’d learn what happened when they didn’t deal with a problem,
The ones who did this to me would be punished,
They’d see what they did,
They’d cry or ignore it and be called heartless,
They’d get what they deserved,
And I’d be free of my pain,
It made so much sense to end it,
All the goals I wanted would be done,
It all would work out,
But I wouldn’t be there to see it,
What good is a successful plan if you don’t see it,
Would it be worth it,
To cause others that pain,
No,
I decided against it,
I hoped for a better tomorrow,
My tomorrow came,
I knew it would,
Even if it was only a dream,
It was enough to keep me going,
There was no real reason to end it,
The problems solved themselves,
And nobody had to be hurt,
And nobody had to die,
Now that’s a solution,
Pain free peace.
